Mount one of trusty steeds at Fort McDowell Adventure Ranch for
a 1 1/2 hour trail ride through and across the Verde River near historic Ft. McDowell.
It's the same area Wyatt Earp, Doc Holliday, Bat Masterson, Kit Carson, Billy
the Kid, Geronimo, and Cochise roamed. Wranglers always match to the rider's ability.
This is not just another nose-to-tail experience. Riders are encouraged to spread
out and more experienced ones may take more challenging routes at a trot or gallop.
