Guests will depart via four wheel drive vehicles with professional guides. Gold was discovered in the canyon in 1878 and the claims were staked. It is your job as prospectors to find it! Once at the gold mine, sit back for a welcome, an introduction and explanation. There is no need to get wet feet or cold hands. All of the guests will feel the sluice flumes with virgin gold concentrate, just like the 49'ers did during the California Gold Rush.
